The location is very peaceful, far from the hustle and bustle and traffic. Close to restaurants, bars and shops, which are within walking distance (5 minutes), as it is not easy to park in the centre. It has 2 parking spaces.
The nearest beach, Cala Deià, is 1.5 km away.

JOANA (July 2025). We spent 4 wonderful days at Antonio’s place in Deià in July with our 3 children, and it couldn’t have been better. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and even more beautiful in person than in the photos, with absolutely stunning views over the village and mountains. Deià itself is super charming and has a relaxed, boho vibe—a perfect base for exploring the area.
Antonio was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. He always replied very quickly to any questions, and even came by to say hello and make sure we had everything we needed.
We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Mallorca.
RISHI (June 2024) We stayed here 3 nights with my wife and two children (6 years and 3 years) and we are still somewhat speechless about our stay and wishing we could go back. Magical is the only way to describe it. This hidden gem is tucked away on the hills of Deia giving (dare I say) the best views of this beautiful Mallorcan village. During the day we ventured to Deià by foot or drove short 20min to either Soller or Valdemoosa. We spent our mornings and evenings on the deck/balcony--the calm breeze, the sounds of goats in the background and a clear view of the ocean tucked in between hills and views of the church of the city. Antonio was a great host and met us on arrival to show us the place and was easy to communicate throughout the stay--we even had an issue with our 6 year old locking us out and we were able to get an extra key within minutes. Rooms all comfortable with ACs. Great for kids but also romantic on the balcony. Much has been said about the drive/ location but we found it no problem

The views are amazing, the house is beautiful(as described on the listing) and looks exactly like the pictures. Antonio is a wonderful host and very accomodating. We would look forward to our evenings....sipping wine on the patio while enjoying the fantastic views of the entire village of Deia. It truly was mesmerizing.
